We are pleased to announce the 2025 California Schools JPA Annual Conference, once again, will be held at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® and Spa! Registration is now officially open! Dear Conference Attendees,

Welcome to the Inspired To Lead Conference hosted by the California Schools Joint Powers Authority! As many of you know, this trademark represents our two JPAs: the California Schools Employee Benefits Association and California Schools Risk Management. It is my privilege to extend a warm welcome to each of you as we gather to explore the themes of leadership and education in our fields.

During the conference, we will explore key topics across four distinct tracks: Employee Health Benefits, Risk Management, Leadership, and Education. While each track is vital, our emphasis will be on Leadership and Education, recognizing their pivotal roles in shaping our organizations and school district communities. At the core of our discussions lies a commitment to fostering positive relationships that empower individuals and teams alike. We believe in creating environments where every student and member feels valued, important, and safe—a foundation from which innovation and excellence can flourish. I encourage you to engage actively in the sessions, share your perspectives, and learn from one another. Together, we can inspire and lead towards a future where our collective efforts make a meaningful impact. We are also delighted to be returning to Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa after so many of you told us it added to the enjoyment of your conference experience last year.
